Posting on Facebook can be a great way to engage customers and build your business. But when exactly should you be posting to get maximum impact? Well if you’re looking at business visibility then you’ll do well to post first thing in the morning. It’s estimated that eighty percent of the population check their smartphone within 15 minutes of waking up, with a large proportion of those checking Facebook. If you’re looking to engage your audience then 3 p.m is the best time of day to post with the most engagement coming on Thursdays and Fridays. And if you’re posting content that you want your audience to share: then post at lunch time between 12pm and 1pm which is where most sharing takes place. And don’t forget the nights there are a huge number of people who cozy down with facebook from 8pm to 10pm every night. Ofcourse to be successful on Facebook you’ve got to have content that’s intriguing and engaging to pique the interest of your audience. That’s the real key. But knowing when your audience is watching will help you to get the most bang for your social media buck.
